Initial Evaluation
Lasts approximately 60 - 90 minutes. During this time, we will review your Confidential Initial Interview, your Food Journal and your Nutrition Assessment questionnaire.

Functional Evaluation Exam
Sessions are extensive exams that can only be done in person and the Initial Evaluation has to be complete before hand. It generally takes 90-120 minutes.

About
I am a wife, aunt and lover of life! I love to eat good food, travel, hike, swim, and be in the outdoors! I have had several health issues in my life from the time of infancy. Through my years growing up I realized I had digestive issues and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I thought I just had gas and would get sick and bloated and in so much pain all I could do is sleep.
Through many years of not knowing what was wrong with me and thousands of dollars spent, I finally received help from a functional doctor and a Gaps practitioner. I had heavy metal toxicity, extreme adrenal fatigue and leaky gut, which caused several food allergies and multiple chemical sensitivities. Nutrition has been a huge factor in my healing, through changing the type of food I was eating to nutrient dense and properly prepared whole food, I have regained health. I completely understand how life can be so rough when you are sick and don't know the next direction to turn.
